Welcome to Beatlesfest Bathurst, Australia's only Beatles festival! It's a vibrant, family friendly, multi-venue festival dedicated to celebrating the music and legacy of The Beatles in the beautiful city of Bathurst, NSW. Join thousands of fans and music lovers for an unforgettable weekend of live performances, Beatles activities and family fun. COMMUNITY SPIRIT
Beatlesfest Bathurst is held across more than ten venues, in and around Keppel St, Bathurst. Venues include Reckless Brewery, Bathurst Rail Museum, The Victoria Hotel, Keystone 1889, Bathurst RSL and Bishop Court's Estate. Some venues host ticketed events, while others are free all weekend. Most events are all ages, but we also have special shows that are kid-friendly.
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
Live bands include tribute artists such as The LadyBeatles, BackBeat, The Blue Apples and The PreFabs, but also great 60s-themed music from Murray and the Movers, Conrad and Tanisha, The Honey Stompers, The Australian Beach Boys Show and The Harpoons. There are other events such as Beatles Karaoke, Beatles Bingo, best dressed competitions, vintage and record collector markets, ukelele events and more. Bathurst comes to life with music from Thursday to Sunday for Beatles fans old and new! Whether you're a super-fan or just love having a good time, BEATLESFEST BATHURST has something for everyone and is a great weekend of PARTYING!
THEMED ACTIVITIES
Fancy trying your hand at Beatles Karaoke, Beatles Bingo (with Bingo Starr) or Beatles Trivia and an open mic for you Beatles Ballers? Well you should! Back by popular demand are all these activities and more with bonus points if you're dressed up for Beatlesfest!LIVE TRIBUTE BANDS
Tribute bands include The Beatles in all shapes and sizes! The LadyBeatles are the world's only female tribute band. BackBeat bring you the rock'n'roll early Beatles - perfect for dancing! The Pre-Fabs take you on a trip through The Quarrymen to The Cavern Club with skiffle, rockabilly and more. Imagine: After the Beatles cover the solo years across everything from Ringo to Wings. There's a blues Beatles, The Jazz Beatles, Beatles Ukelele, a Rubber Soul tribute and on Sunday check out The Blue Apples playing The Rooftop Beatles set and more FREE in The Victoria Hotel backyard.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Almost all venues at Beatlesfest Bathurst are family friendly. We've got special kids tickets for the Saturday Matinee of The LadyBeatles and the Sunday Brunch Album Show Singlaong, both at the beautiful Keystone1889. Reckless is very family friendly and will have face painting on Saturday, and Beatles RockBand game for kids to play.Gigs at The Family Hotel are 18+.
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
With so much on, you may need to plan your weekend to make sure you don't miss out on your favourite. We suggest you lock in your ticketed shows first, and work around that. Both Reckless Brewery and The Victoria Hotel are FREE all weekend, with great acts like internet sensations, Conrad and Tanisha. Other free events include Beatles on the Bells at the War Memorial Carillon, Magical Mystery BUSS show at Machattie Park, and Australian blues legend Shane Pacey's 'Yer Blues' at The Family Hotel. The Vintage Clothes Market and the Record Market are free to enter, but with so much to spend your $$$ on, your wallet may end up a little lighter than when you got there.
